Returns + Exchanges

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are offered at the sole discretion of Visionary Abode and its applicable vendors. Approval of any return or exchange is not guaranteed.

By placing an order through Visionary Abode, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All vendor return and exchange policies are extended to the client
• Visionary Abode does not create broader return or exchange rights than those offered by the applicable vendor
• Some items may be final sale, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, or subject to strict vendor deadlines and conditions
• Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges, delivery fees, installation fees, white glove fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all dimensions, finishes, materials, specifications, and selections are reviewed and approved before purchase

Important Conditions

To be considered for a return or exchange, the following conditions must generally be met unless otherwise approved in writing by Visionary Abode:

• The request must be submitted within the timeframe permitted by the applicable vendor
• The item must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• The item must be in resalable condition
• The client must provide proof of purchase and order details
• Any damage, defect, or incorrect shipment must be reported promptly upon delivery

Visionary Abode reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not comply with vendor requirements, these terms, or the condition standards above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Visionary Abode promptly after delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Failure to report shipping damage or product issues within the required reporting period may result in denial of the claim by the vendor.

Return Instructions

If your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive return instructions from Visionary Abode. Do not send items back without written approval and instructions.

Approved returns may require the following:

1. Submission of a completed Return Request Form
2. Written authorization from Visionary Abode
3. Compliance with the vendor’s return instructions
4. Secure repackaging of the item in its original packaging
5. Shipment to the return location provided by Visionary Abode or the vendor

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund or credit.

Refunds

If a return is approved and received by the vendor in acceptable condition, any eligible refund will be processed less:

• the 15% restocking fee
• original shipping charges
• return shipping charges, if applicable
• delivery, installation, storage, or handling fees
• any non-refundable vendor-imposed charges

Refund timing depends on vendor processing timelines and inspection approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may be non-returnable or final sale, unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Special order items
• Used, installed, assembled, or altered items
• Items not in original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products marked non-returnable by the vendor

Policy Updates

Visionary Abode reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
