All orders require a handling and preparation period of 14–28 business days before shipment.
“Business days” do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.
Some items may ship sooner, however this is not guaranteed and should not be expected.
By purchasing from Visionary Abode, you agree not to dispute handling time or request a refund due to processing duration.
Once an order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship the item.
Visionary Abode is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages once the package is marked as “Delivered” or is in possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you do not have it, you are required to:
File a police report in your local jurisdiction.
File a claim with your own insurance carrier or with the shipping carrier if applicable.
We do not reimburse, replace, or refund orders that are lost or stolen under any circumstance.
By purchasing from our store, you agree that package theft or carrier loss is not grounds for a refund or chargeback.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Processing or shipping time dissatisfaction
Failure to read the product description
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Any attempt to dispute, chargeback, reverse payment, or falsely claim non-receipt after the order has been processed or delivered is considered fraud.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after the product or service has been delivered, Visionary Abode will:
Provide transaction records, IP logs, delivery confirmation, and police report documentation to the bank.
Pursue legal action and compensation for damages, including:
Filing a claim for theft by deception / mail fraud
Civil court claims for the value of goods, fees, and legal costs
We fully prosecute fraudulent chargebacks to the fullest extent of the law.
We make every effort to accurately describe products; however, small variations in color, size, or design may occur.
These variations do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or disputes.
By placing an order with Visionary Abode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to:
The stated handling and processing time
The strict no return / no refund policy
The requirement to file a police report and insurance claim for lost or stolen packages
The legal consequences of fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which Visionary Abode operates.
You agree that any legal action arising from your purchase shall be filed in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
