If selected, you must have legal authority to approve renovations to the property listed or obtain written permission from the property owner/landlord. Verification may be required. - Right to Decline or Discontinue
Visionary Abode reserves the right to deny, postpone, modify, or discontinue the Visionary Cares initiative or any individual project at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety, budget constraints, or feasibility concerns. - No Warranty of Outcome
If selected, work performed is based on available resources, materials, design limitations, and the agreed project scope. No specific design results, timelines, or valuations are guaranteed. - Consent to Contact
By submitting, you consent to Visionary Abode contacting you using the information provided, including phone, email, and/or text, for application updates and follow-up. - Media, Story & Photo Usage (If Selected Only)
If selected for a Visionary Cares project:- You agree to participate in reasonable photo/video documentation before, during, and after the project.
- You agree that Visionary Abode may use photos, video, project details, interviews, and your story for marketing, promotional, press, or educational purposes.
- Additional written consent will be provided and signed before any media use.
If you are not selected, no media usage rights apply.
- No Compensation or Payment
Applicants are not entitled to any monetary compensation for participation or for the submission of this application. - Program May Change
Visionary Abode may update, revise, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will apply to all applications.
